Polemarch

Ferrell Moultrie is a recently retired educator who spent more than 36 years working in the Dougherty County School System as both a teacher and coach. He is a graduate of Albany State University.

 

A U.S. Army and Vietnam veteran, Moultrie devotes his time to volunteering with youth in the community, including tutoring middle school students in math. He is an active member of Friendship Baptist Church where he serves as the superintendent of Sunday School and is a member of the Deacon Board.

 

Moultrie is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., the Albany State University Alumni Association and the Georgia Retired Educator Association.

 

He and his wife, Jo Ann, have two sons.
